Arrive ready for your session to maximise your time in the sauna, we do not have changing rooms but there is a non-private changing area, where you can leave clothes etc. but please bring a dry-bag or container to keep them in if it's raining. Please arrive no more than a couple of minutes before your session starts. The time you have booked is inclusive of changing, so if you don't arrive ready this will eat into your sauna session. We allow 10 minutes between sauna sessions to clean and prepare the sauna so please be considerate to the the staff and other guests and ensure you have removed all items from the sauna by the end of you booked time, we will give you a five minute warning before the end of your session. When you book a sauna session you do not spend the whole time in the sauna, you should have rounds of sauna bathing and cooling off. It is important to stay hydrated, you will sweat so bring lots of drinking water with you. If you'd like to swim then it is advisable to either swim before your session or book a longer session to allow time to walk down the beach to take a dip between sauna rounds. We look forward to seeing you at our scenic sauna in Beaumaris Anglesey.

We offer 50 minute or 80 minute sauna sessions.
Our shared sauna sessions are available for up to 6 guests; you just book individual spaces. Our booking page shows the number of spaces still available, just select how many places you want to book for and ensure everyone in your booking has agreed to the T&Cs.
There is plenty of space to seat 6 guests but if you prefer to lie down or stretch out consider booking the sauna privately.
Our Shared Sauna sessions are for over 16's only, it is a chance to relax and unwind; enjoy the scenic sauna view through our panoramic window.
Take a look at private sessions if you would like to bring your children along.

We offer 50 minute or 80 minute private sauna sessions. Book the whole site privately for you or your group. Longer sessions available on request.
For small groups or individuals we have sauna pillows available so you can stretch out and lie down during your private session. We also have essential oils that you can choose from.
Our Private sauna sessions are for 8 guests. We do allow additional guests in these sessions at an extra cost per person. Larger groups are expected to rotate between sauna bathing and cooling off.
WE NEVER ALLOW MORE THAN 8 GUESTS IN THE SAUNA AT A TIME FOR SAFETY.
If you'd like bring your children along to your private session, please read our waiver and drop us a message.

It's important to cool down in-between rounds of heat. We have seats and deck chairs to sit outside, this is your time to relax and unwind and we have created a beautiful space you yo to do just that.
We have fresh water jugs or if you are feeling more adventurous then try the cold shower or a dip in our cold plunge tank. As we are right on the beach a paddle or swim in the sea is also a great way to cool off.
If you intend to take a dip in the sea please be aware that this is at your own risk and there is no lifeguard present. Book your session a couple of hours either side of high water if you would like to swim, the sea isn't accessible once the tide goes out; you can check the tide times here.
Make sure you stay hydrated, take time to cool down and rest between rounds.
If you are new to sauna bathing it's important to remember that you do not spend the whole of your session in the sauna; please remember to listen to your body, only stay in the sauna as long as you feel comfortable.
We recommend you arrive ready to maximise your session, our staff will give you a short briefing when you arrive.
Most people tend to start with the heat although if you want to swim before your session starts that a good option too, just remember swimming is only really an option 2 hours either side of high water.
We recommend no more than 15 to 20 minutes at a time in the sauna followed by a rest period and cooling off. You can cool off just by sitting outside, or we have a cold shower, cold tank and of course the sea at high water. Remember to stay hydrated.
This is your time to relax and unwind, do what feels right for you, we have deck chairs and seats on site to just chill and soak up the view.
A 50-minute session is enough for 2 to 3 rounds in the sauna; an 80- minute session should give you 4 or 5 rounds. Quite often people reduce the length of time in the sauna with each round.

If you sauna regularly then a sauna pass is a great way to save money on your sauna sessions:
