Arrive ready for your session to maximise your time in the sauna, we do not have a changing area, there is a through area before entering the sauna where you can hang your robe or leave your clothes. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your session starts.
The time you have booked is inclusive of changing, so if you don't arrive ready this will eat into your sauna session. We allow 5 minutes between sauna sessions to clean and prepare the sauna so please be considerate to the the staff and other guests and ensure you have removed all items from the sauna by the end of you booked time, we will give you a five minute warning before the end of your session.
When you book a sauna session you do not spend the whole time in the sauna, you should have rounds of sauna bathing and cooling off. It is important to stay hydrated, you will sweat so bring lots of drinking water with you.
If you'd like to swim then it is advisable to either swim before your session or book a longer session to allow time to walk down the beach to take a dip between sauna rounds. We look forward to seeing you at at scenic sauna in Beaumaris Anglesey.
We offer 45 minute or 90 minute shared sauna sessions.
Our shared sauna sessions are available for up to 6 guests, you just book individual spaces. Our booking page shows the number of spaces still available, just select how many places you want to book for and ensure everyone in your booking has agreed to the T&Cs.
There is plenty of space to seat 6 guests but if you prefer to lie down or stretch out consider booking the sauna privately.
Our Sauna is for over 16's only, it is a chance to relax and unwind; enjoy the scenic sauna view through our panoramic window.
We offer 45 minute or 90 minute private sauna sessions. Book the sauna privately for you or your group, we can comfortably accommodate 8 guests in the private sessions.
For small groups or individuals we have sauna pillows available so you can stretch out and lie down during your private session. We also have essential oils that you can choose from.
It is possible to book a private session for up to 10 guests but only on our 90 minute private sessions as people can rotate between sauna and cool down.
It's important to cool down in between sauna rounds. We have space to sit outside the sauna and we have fresh water jugs. If you are feeling more adventurous then you can take a dip in our cold plunge tank or head down the beach and swim or paddle in the sea.
If you intend to take a dip in the sea please be aware that this is at your own risk and there is no lifeguard present. Book your session a couple of hours either side of high water if you would like to swim, you can check the tide times here.
Make sure you stay hydrated, take time to cool down and rest between sauna rounds.
