It's a good idea to either enjoy a swim before your session if you want to book for 45 minutes, if you want to swim between sauna rounds it would be a good idea to book a 90 minute session.

We don't provide drinking water so please bring enough to stay hydrated, there is a Spar shop nearby.
Traditional sauna bathing includes rounds of heating up in the sauna and periods of cooling off. We recommend no more than 15 minutes in the sauna at a time. You can cool off by sitting outside, using the water jugs, cold plunge tank or taking a dip in the sea.
We have some suggested sauna bathing rounds here.
