WE NEVER ALLOW MORE THAN 8 GUESTS IN THE SAUNA AT A TIME FOR SAFETY.

Private groups of more than 8 guests will be expected to rotate between sauna bathing and cooling off.

We limit our shared sauna & hot tub sessions to a maximum of 10 guests; the hot tub can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests and guests are expected to rotate and share all the facilities during the session.

    Arrive wearing your swimwear.

Essential: Towel to sit on in sauna & Drinking water.

You might also like to bring a second towel to use after rinsing off or swimming, a changing robe and flip flops or water shoes.  It's handy to have warm clothes that are easy to change into after your session.  There are no changing facilities.

Sauna bathing is renowned for its health benefits and for most people the experience is very relaxing, however if you have any underlying health conditions please read the Sauna Rules carefully and seek medical advice before booking.

The wood burning stove does get extremely hot so we ask all guests to be very careful when moving around inside the sauna especially when entering or exiting the sauna, do not block access, attempt to squeeze past or step over other guests. Guests must NEVER touch any part of the stove, stones or chimney.

We do not have changing facilities, you should arrive ready for your session, a changing robe is handy for the end of your session, bring warm clothes that are easy to slip on.

We have a cold shower and there are fresh water jugs for rinsing off and cooling down.

Currently we don't have any facilities on site.

Our sauna is only available to guests 16 years or over.

You can enjoy a swim in the sea at our site, we recommend booking your session a couple of hours either side of high water if you intend to swim.  It's a good idea to either enjoy a swim before your session if you want to book for 45 minutes, if you want to swim between sauna rounds it would be a good idea to book a 90 minute session.

we have chairs and deck chairs, there's also beautiful driftwood log on the beach overlooking the sea and mountains where you can sit, rest and cool off.

We don't provide drinking water so please bring enough to stay hydrated, there is a Spar shop nearby.

Traditional sauna bathing includes rounds of heating up in the sauna and periods of cooling off.  We recommend no more than 15 to 20 minutes in the sauna at a time.  You can cool off by sitting outside, using the water jugs, cold plunge tank or taking a dip in the sea.

Check out our virtual tour on YouTube.  Our Sauna does not have disabled access, if you have access requirements feel free to drop us a line or come and visit us to discuss your needs, if we can safely accommodate you we will.
