To maximise your sauna session we recommend that you arrive ready. There is a small area to hang your robe & store your bag but we do not have changing or other facilities.
YOU MUST VACATE THE SAUNA BY THE END OF YOUR BOOKED SESSION SO WE CAN GET IT READY FOR OUR NEXT GUESTS.
Bring a towel to sit on in the sauna.
Bring plenty of drinking water.
Bring flip flops or water shoes especially if you intend to go down to the sea.
We limit our shared sauna sessions to a maximum of 6 guests for you comfort, with guests bookings 45, 90 or 135 minute sessions so you might be sharing with other guests enjoying longer or shorter sessions than you.
WE NEVER ALLOW MORE THAN 8 GUESTS IN THE SAUNA AT A TIME FOR SAFETY.
Private 45 minute sessions are limited to 8 guests.
Private 90 minute sessions are limited to 10 guests with guests expected to rotate between sauna bathing and cooling off.
If you have a larger group of more than 10 guests you can book multiple session or get in touch and we will work with you to ensure a great experience.
We are normally open Wednesday afternoons and all day Saturday & Sunday; if you can't find the session you want on the schedule just drop us a line or give us a call and we might be able to change the schedule or add additional sessions or longer sessions.
The sauna is also available to book privately any day of the week (subject to availability), please contact us with your requests.
Customers can make changes to their bookings free of charge using the link in the booking confirmation email up to 36 hours before the start of your session.
Cancellations made with 48 hours or more notice are entitled to a refund less a 5% handling fee, customers must cancel online by following the link in the booking confirmation email.
In the event of customer no-show or cancellation with less than 48hours notice, customers will not be entitled to a refund or be able to reschedule the session. Please contact us for changes less than 48 hours before your booking, if we are able to resell your session we may be able to offer you a partial refund.
Cancellation by Seacoast Sauna: In the unlikely event that we cannot honour your booking, we will contact you via email and/or telephone as soon as possible to offer to reschedule your booking or issue a full refund.
